If you are a current Penn student and also a legacy, become a Linking Legacies buddy!

Linking Legacies is a student-led buddy program that connects prospective legacy students with current legacy students via email. Current Penn students are able to answer questions and offer a personal account of their own Penn experiences.

The questions can range from "why did you choose Penn?" to "what has been your favorite Penn moment?" to "where is the best food on campus?"! Your personal stories about your college experience make each relationship important and valuable to the prospective student as they go through the college search process.

Please complete the form below to sign up for the program with enough information to match you with a prospective student based on region, interests, or academic history. A Linking Legacies student volunteer will then contact you with more information, training, and to match you with a buddy!

You can also sign up for committees when you complete this form. Linking Legacies activities include escorting a prospective student to class with you (Legacy Ambassadors), speaking to families after advising sessions (LAS Liaisons), or joining one of our vairous committees planning events, activities, and communications!

All new buddies must receive an orientation packet and attend a training session before receiving a match.

Please remember: Linking Legacies is a student-run program. Our student coordinators are making efforts to match up current buddies and prospective students as quickly as possible.
