Runners and walkers of every speed are invited to participate in this 2-mile fun run/walk through campus. Registration begins at 7:00 AM at the David Pottruck Health and Fitness Center at 3701 Walnut Street; post-race festivities and awards will follow at 9:15 AM. Register the day of the event ($15) from 7:00-8:15 AM at the Pottruck Center. Pre-register until May 16 ($10). Come hear PennPraxis Executive Director Harris Steinberg, C'78, MArch'82, discuss plans for Philadelphia's waterfront along the Delaware River. Already home to Penn's Landing, this seven-mile stretch of Philadelphia's original waterfront serves as a gateway to the city. Praxis, part of PennDesign, was commissioned by the city to coordinate plans, which include riverfront parks and tree-lined boulevards.
