Class of 1961: M&T Program Celebrates 25th, Founder Dr. Hamilton
Dr. William F. Hamilton, CHE'61, GCH '64, WG'64, HOM'73, the Ralph Landau Professor of Management and Technology at the Wharton School, celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Jerome Fischer Program in Management and Technology on November 5, 2005.
Bill is the founder and current director of the renowned dual-degree program in which participants follow a rigorous but individualized course of study to earn a bachelor of science in economics from the Wharton School and either a bachelor of applied science or a bachelor of science in the School of Engineering and Applied Science. Bill was joined in the 25th Anniversary Celebration by President Amy Gutmann, deans Pat Harker and Eduardo Glandt, as well as Jerome Fisher (who endowed the program) and many others.
