class of 2007 senior web

Congratulations, Class of 2007!

Anticipating your graduation, Penn Alumni welcomes you into our community of more than 290,000 illustrious alumni. You will be members for life! With over 100 regional clubs around the world, the Penn Alumni network has achieved a global presence that will always provide a way for you to find a "home away from home." Our goal is to ensure that the University will continue to be an educational and networking resource throughout your entire life. We hope that you will keep us apprised of your accomplishments and important milestones and allow the Penn community to celebrate them with you.

No matter where you may find yourself after graduation, stay in touch virtually by logging on to www.alumni.upenn.edu. From there, you can:

· Join QuakerNet, Penn Alumni's online community, where you can sign up for e-mail forwarding, use PACNet, the Penn Alumni Career Network, and stay connected with your friends and classmates;

· Visit VOG, Penn Alumni's Volunteer Opportunities Guide, to learn how you can involve yourself as a volunteer and support the Penn community away from campus;

· Join a listserv for diversity, affinity and other special interest groups;

· Find the regional club in your area;

· Visit your class or school website; and

· Receive the latest news about Penn and fellow alumni via digital magazines
  and newsletters.

Once you have established your new home, please update your address and e-mail through QuakerNet. When we know how to reach you, we can be sure you receive invitations for events like Reunions and Homecoming, as well as for alumni activities in your region, including visiting faculty and other alumni gatherings.

In addition, we will send you Penn's award-winning alumni magazine, The Pennsylvania Gazette, and the bi-monthly electronic newsletter, Red and Blue Online.

I also hope you will attend the exciting activities planned for Alumni Weekend 2007 from May 11 through Commencement. This includes the Alumni Day Picnic on May 12 on Hill Square, an alumni tradition filled with food, drink, and fun — you and your whole family are welcome. Any senior who has contributed to the Senior Gift Drive may attend the Picnic for FREE.

It is my special pleasure to welcome you to the Penn Alumni community. I look forward to seeing you during Alumni Weekend.

Congratulations and best wishes!
