Welcome to the Penn Alumni Club of Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Florida.
The Club serves all Penn alumni and their family members in the central section of Florida's west coast.
The Club's activities include:
. monthly luncheon meetings November - April featuring speakers from the area and
the campus
. varied social events during the season
. developing an awareness of the university among students and guidance counselors in
area secondary schools
. providing scholarship assistance to several students attending Penn from the area
. interviewing applicants to Penn from the area's secondary schools
. a social occasion for entering freshmen in late summer
. an annual Penn Cares project
We invite everyone to Club events, and welcome Penn alumni into our membership.
Annual dues for the year beginning in September are $30, with a special rate of $15 for members under 40 years in age. Send dues to our Secretary, Valerie Grey, at P.O. Box 562, Nokomis, FL 34274-0562.
