How to join a club listserv
University of Pennsylvania alumni are now eligible to begin signing up for their
club listservs. This is your opportunity to begin automatically receiving messages
from the club leadership in your area about upcoming alumni events.
How can you be sure that you will not get unwanted messages?
That your messages go to club members and no one else?
Because our club lists are moderated by Alumni Relations, we will not allow anyone but members of your club to subscribe to the list, and we will not permit inappropriate messages to be sent to the list.
To sign up for your club listserv, send an email
message to listserv@lists.upenn.edu
with a blank subject line and the text:
subscribe
PENNWESTPA
<your name>
as the body of the message. Remember to:
substitute your own name where it says <your
name>
and
omit the brackets
For example, if your name is Homer Simpson, your
email to listserv@lists.upenn.edu should have no subject line,
and should look like this:
SUBSCRIBE
PENNWESTPA
Homer Simpson
(Please note that
PENNWESTPA
does not have spaces in
it.)
