Goals
· Advocate the advancement of and improve the environment for women faculty, students, administrators and staff
· Promote financial commitment by women to the University to ensure that women have a voice in the University
· Strengthen alumnae affiliation with the University
· Encourage the University to utilize women as leaders to their full potential
· Address women's issues on campus
· Improve the quality of student experience and act as role models and mentors for students and recent alumnae
· Foster mentoring and networking of women and promote linkages with the University
