Join us as we celebrate again, and hear a panel of distinguished alumnae representing law, medicine, athletics, and media/public policy discuss how women's ambitions, idealism, knowledge, experience, and wisdom evolve and change through time.

The Buildings of Penn: An Architectural Walking Tour
Starts from the main entrance of the Penn Bookstore, 36th and Walnut Streets
Explore the architecture of Penn's campus, old and new, with Penn experts as your guides. See buildings and landmarks by renowned architects Frank Furness, McKim, Mead & White, Paul Cret, Eero Saarinen, Louis Kahn, and Venturi Scott Brown and Associates. Friday's tour will be led by Dr. George Thomas, an instructor at Penn and founding principal of George E. Thomas Associates, an architectural and preservation consulting firm. Saturday's tour will be led by William Whitaker, Collections Manager of the Kroiz Gallery, Architectural Archives of the University of Pennsylvania.

Penn English Professor Peter Stallybrass, co-author of Renaissance Clothing and the Materials of Memory, will explore these questions in the context of the long history of the book.
