3700 Walnut Street
All parents want their children to read — but what should they be reading? How can parents ensure that their children are learning while they're enjoying a picturebook and what can children learn from picturebooks? What makes a great children's book? Join Penn GSE Professor Larry Sipe to find out — and be sure to bring your children for a kids-only activity with our current GSE students! Come away with a better understanding of what to look for when you're selecting books for your kids, what to look for in your child's responses to the books they read, and a copy of a book for your family to enjoy. As space is limited, reservations are required. Please contact alumni@gse.upenn.edu or (215) 898-9794 to RSVP.
