· Exhibit leadership in their chosen fields, in
their communities, and among their peers
· Demonstrate a commitment to diversity at the University
· Make an annual gift to the University of at least $1,000 and pay annual dues
of $200 to the James Brister Society
· Members must be graduates of any school of the University of Pennsylvania
