Penn Traditions
Penn Traditions is a comprehensive approach to student development/alumni relations programming, with the objective of creating student understanding and awareness of Penn's institutional mission, history and traditions, the partnership financing higher education, University goals, and the role of alumni and students within the greater Penn community.
Working at the Penn Fund
Job Title: The Marketing Assistant will be assigned to assist The Penn Fund’s staff in a variety of vital projects throughout the fiscal year.
The range of duties will include, but is not limited to: coordinating promotional mailings, researching mailing lists, preparing administrative reports, performing independent research, filing, making reminder and thank you phone calls to alumni, providing support with special projects and events, and other duties as needed.
This position will provide the student with a hands-opportunity to see the inner workings of a non-profit, development related environment.
Excellent computer skills preferred. Flexible weekday hours between 9:00 and 5:00.
