Student Life (Groups)

Each year, the Trustees' Council of Penn Women sponsors student groups that reflect our commitment to advancing the Penn student experience. Recent sponsorships have included groups focused on preventing sexual violence, cultural expression and women's political leadership.
 2015 to 2016
Women Who Write - (WWW) is an intense dissertation writing group that offers a quiet space and the camaraderie of fellow women focused on meeting regular writing goals.

African American Arts Alliance Theater Group Theater Group -  (4A) promotes an awareness of Black culture through the arts, specifically focusing on theatre. This organization is committed to quality performance, quality art, and quality theatre for general student, faculty, staff, and community audiences.

One in Four
- A men's group that uses peer-education to combat sexual violence
Penn Women’s Political League- A group encouraging Penn women to run for office at all levels of government

2012 to 2013
- Journal that spreads word about women and water
Sirens - All-Female choral group founded in 2011

2011 to 2012
Bloomers- All-Female sketch and musical comedy troupe
ASAP (Abuse and Sexual Assault Prevention) A group of undergraduate and graduate students dedicated to raising awareness about sexual violence on campus.
