Important Registration Information

Pre-registered:
Those who have pre-registered/paid for a Red Pass or Blue Pass should make the Registration Tent their first stop on campus. There you will pick up your event pass, information about the weekend, and alumni favor (included with paid passes referenced above ONLY, 1 per adult registered). Your event pass is your entry into all your paid activities so make this your first stop on campus! * If you have registered for free events only please go directly to your events, you do not need to stop at the Registration Tent.

50+ and Old Guard Passes: If you purchased the 50+ and Old Guard Pass, you must pick up your pass and football tickets at the 50+ Old Guard Brunch happening Saturday November 4 at 11:00 AM in Houston Hall, Hall of Flags.  Do not go to the registration tent!

Walk-ons: If you have not pre-registered for a pass, but still would like to come to Homecoming, you can register online at any time! Online registration will be open throughout the weekend, or you can pay at the registration tent when you arrive.

         Friday November 3      11:00 AM- 4:00 PM    
Saturday November 4       9:00 AM- 4:00 PM 

If you plan to arrive on Saturday be sure to pick up your pass before QuakerFest. Passes are required to enter the tent and football game (unless tickets were purchased directly through athletics) and are only available at the Registration Tent. Arrive early to avoid long lines.

Parking

Parking is available in lots throughout the campus. For more information, visit www.upenn.edu/parking. In and out privileges are not available. Phone numbers are posted on the entrance to each garage in case the lot is closed after a late-night event. Click here for an interactive parking map.
The average cost for parking is $20/day at all the lots listed below:
Garage 7: 3220 South Street (Museum Lot, entrance on Convention Avenue) 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Garage 30: 38th and Walnut Streets (entrance on 38th) 6:00 AM - Midnight | Maximum: $29 | credit card only
Garage 34: 34th between Ludlow and Chestnut Streets (entrance on 34th) 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM | Flat rate: $15 | credit card only
Garage 40: 40th and Walnut Streets (entrance on Walnut) Open 24 hours. Maximum: $29 | credit card, cash accepted at Lobby Pay Station only
Law Lot: 34th and Chestnut Streets | Flat rate: $15

Accessibility Requirements

If you or someone in your party requires assistance due to a disability, please let us know in advance. Wheelchairs are available if requested prior to Homecoming Weekend. If you have a special request please email emhorner@upenn.edu or call Emily Horner at 215.898.6421. All requests must be submitted by October 20.

Kosher Meal Request

We do provide kosher options for all our events that include food, as long as the request is made before October 6, 2017. We use Bon Appetite catering company, in partnership with Penn Hillel, to provide our kosher meals. Bon Appetite is a Glatt Kosher facility, which means they operate at the highest kosher level possible. Bon Appetite's kosher certification and supervision is provided by the Community Kashrut of Pennsylvania, also known as the Keystone K. The fulltime on-sight Mashgiach is Rabbi Uri Weitz.

Alumni PennCard and Souvenir Kids Card

For information about obtaining an Alumni PennCard and Souvenir Kids Card, call the PennCard Center at 215.417.CARD or visit the website at www.upenn.edu/penncard. The Center, located on the 2nd floor of the Penn Bookstore, is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The Alumni PennCard is not required to attend events or access buildings during Homecoming Weekend 2017.
