The Interview Report should be a succinct attempt to capture all of the relevant information exchanged during the interview, for use by Admissions as they review applications in committee. Memory is a cruel mistress - write/submit reports as soon as possible after the interview...aim for no more than three days after meeting with the student!
The best reports highlight relevant context, specific examples, and an overall recommendation. Reports can be uploaded as an attachment (usually a page in length) or completed using the online form (recommended). Consider the applicant as a prospective Penn student, a fellow roommate, classmate, dining hall companion, and friend.
Always endeavor to answer the following three questions:
What is the student like?
What does the student like?
What would the student be like at Penn?
