as the body of the message. Remember to:

substitute your own name where it says <your name> and omit the brackets

For example: if your name is Sally Smith, your e-mail to listserv@lists.upenn.edu should have no subject line, and should look like this:

subscribe PennAlumniTravel Sally Smith
