Learn how SP2 aims to advance social innovation, impact, and justice through data-informed social policy and evidence-based social practice. This stimulating conversation will be followed by engaging Q&A and is limited to 50 participants.

Office Hours with Dean Antonia M. Villarruel: Join fellow alumnae for a conversation with Penn Nursing Dean Antonia M. Villarruel as she sheds light on the School’s mission, goals, and research. Learn how Penn Nursing experts and leaders have been advancing science and delivering solutions, shaping policy and practice, and engaging communities to promote health for over a century. This stimulating conversation will be followed by engaging Q&A and is limited to 50 participants.

Develop your skills and connect with fellow alumnae by engaging in dynamic, interactive “how to” sessions led by industry experts. These sessions will push you outside of your comfort zone, while equipping you with the tools needed to achieve personal and professional success. (Registration limited to 20 attendees per session)

Comedy and Catharis / 5-6 PM ET
It's time to embrace your inner comedian (everyone has one!). Join Lesley Wolff, C'93 to learn how you can use comedy to foster positive emotions and navigate difficult times. This session is all about finding your point of view and understanding your personal brand so you can take center stage in your own life; it is limited to 20 participants.

The Art of Negotiation / 6-7 PM ET
We negotiate every day. Whether it’s setting boundaries at work, making plans with our family members, or writing a pros and cons list to make a decision, we engage in negotiation. Join Mori Taheripour, WG'03 and learn how you can use the power of connection to negotiate fearlessly to achieve your goals in your personal and professional life. This session is limited to 20 participants.

Dance it Out / 6-7 PM ET
Learn how you can use the power of dance, specifically hip hop, South Asian, and swing dance, to get energized, stay healthy, and relieve stress. During this session, co-presented by Penn Live Arts and Platt Student Performing Arts House, you will learn three dance combinations from Penn’s premier dance groups and industry experts. No dance experience is needed. The goal is to be social and have fun!
