Welcome!
The Memphis Penn Club welcomes you! Whether you are a lifelong Memphian or new to town looking to plug in with your alma mater, you can find many ways to become involved with our local University of Pennsylvania group. There are more than 300 alumni in the Greater Memphis area. Our leadership team plans activities and get-togethers throughout the year, interviews dozens of prospective Penn students annually, and promotes Penn and our local alumni on our Facebook page.
We invite all Penn alumni in West Tennessee, eastern Arkansas, and northern Mississippi to club events, and invite you to support our efforts.
Our mission:
The Memphis Penn Alumni Club builds and strengthens the Penn community of the Mid-South by promoting the University, cultivating future alumni, and deepening the network of all Penn alumni throughout the region.
The Club's activities include:
- Penn/Princeton basketball watch party each January
- Interview Nights for prospective students each February
- New Student Sendoff each August
- Presentations by visitors from the Penn faculty and administration
- Other, varied social events including family outings, cultural events, and All-Ivy get-togethers
