Mentorship & Connection

Join the Greenfield Intercultural Center and Penn First Plus Alumni in their online community Penn FLASH. This online platform is for students and alumni who: 

• Identify as first-generation and/or lower income (FGLI) or have circumstances that mirror the FGLI experience 
• Want to support the FGLI community and are aware of/sensitive to the unique questions & challenges FGLI students might have 
• Are or were part of the Greenfield Intercultural Center (GIC) family as students, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends

Joining the platform requires creating an online profile and providing availability for students and alumni to reach out for “flash” connections, mentorship, and networking. We are looking for those interested in active participation- posting in our forum, sharing resources such as videos or articles, and connection with our community of 900+ members.
