Attendees are eligible to receive 6.5 continuing education credits for the full Alumni Day program.

Registration Refund, Substitution and Cancellation Policy: Written refund requests will be honored if received by the deadline date; telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted. Penn Dental Medicine is not responsible for the refund of any part of the registration fee as a result of emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, events beyond its control, or no-shows.

Refund Deadline Dates: On or before October 11, 2019, refund less $50 cancellation fee; after October 11, 2019, no refund.
