Penn Alumni Families

Welcome!

Penn Alumni family-specific programming currently targets Philadelphia area alumni with children or grandchildren. This series of programs provides an opportunity for alumni to enjoy Penn events with an emphasis on programming for their families.

Recreating Campus In Minecraft

While they can't be on campus, Penn students Andrew Guo, Damian Owerko, Makarios Chung, Michael Willhoit, and dozens of volunteers designed beautiful Minecraft builds of Penn’s campus in painstaking detail. Click here to visit the campus virtually.

Penn Museum: At-Home Anthropology

Looking for engaging hands-on activities that kids (and their adults!) can do at home? At-Home Anthropology offers a selection of simple projects for learners of different ages to explore their home environments in meaningful ways. Look for new activities to be added here every week–and they’ll announce them on social media.

WXPN - Kids Corner

Schools are closed throughout our Kids Corner listening area. It feels like snow days, but with less fun and more responsibility. Families are focused on avoiding spreading the virus among elderly and vulnerable family members. Every day it seems we’re being asked to make more changes in our lives because of Covid-19. As always, we’ll present something the whole family can enjoy, since we’re all in this together.
