PennDesign students and alumni are invited to celebrate the successful completion of a community development project right here in the University City neighborhood! Alumnus Bob Kaufman and Ken Weinstein, development partners with Philly Office Retail, spent over seven years working with University City District to transform the “concrete canyon” that was the trolley portal at 40th Street & Baltimore Avenue into a welcoming public space.
