So You Always Wanted to Write for Film and TV: A Kelly Writers House online workshop led by Andy Wolk, C’70

In honor of Alumni Weekend 2020, Writers House and Andy Wolk (C’70) have reconfigured the originally scheduled screenwriting workshop into a new online format via Zoom. So You Always Wanted to Write for Film and TV is a two-hour online workshop for people who have stories or ideas they want to tell for TV or film. Participants learned about story development, structure, and character – and also how to pitch a big idea and how to sell it. Workshop leader Andy Wolk (C’70) has written features for HBO, Showtime, FX and every major studio, and has directed many movies and shows including The Sopranos, Criminal Minds, and Gossip Girl.
