Join friends, family and members of the rowing community on Saturday, October 30, 2021 to celebrate the life and legacy of Ted Nash. Beginning at 7pm ET, the event will take place on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania in Bodek Lounge at Houston Hall (3417 Spruce St, Philadelphia, PA 19104) and the adjacent outdoor tent located at Penn Commons. The formal program will begin at 8:45pm, light food and beverages will be available, and casual dress is recommended. We encourage all guests to bring any medals, racing shirts, or other reminders of Ted Nash. Suggested parking is at the Parking Lot at 3335 Chestnut
Street.

- Everyone in attendance (12 years old and above) must attest to having been vaccinated and to register their contact information in the event of a COVID exposure where follow-up from contact tracers is needed. Guardians will attest for spectators aged 12-17 under their supervision. Attendees aged 5-11 will not be required to be vaccinated but must wear masks at all times. Attendees under the age of 5 are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings if able.
- All attendees must wear a face covering except exclusions above. Exceptions include when actively eating and drinking in approved or pre-determined areas.
- In order to gain entry to the event, you will have to complete the PennOpen Campus screening questionnaire on the day of the event, Saturday, October 30th. Attendees will get a green pass that they can show at the event. Click here to fill out your PennOpen Pass on the day of the event.
- The University requests that visitors not come to campus if they are sick, feel ill, or have recently been exposed to a case of COVID-19.
- University Guidelines and Policies are subject to change leading up to the event. All registered guests will be notified of any additional policies or changes in guidelines.
