 Endodontist/Dentist  $800 USD
 Alumni/Faculty/Military/New Endodontics Graduate               $400 USD
 Full-time Resident  $250 USD

Registration Refund Substitution and Cancellation Policy:
 Written refund requests will be honored if received by September 16, 2022; telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted. Penn Dental Medicine is not responsible for the refund of any part of the tuition as a result of emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, events beyond its control, or no-shows.
