Marketplace
Among the many online offerings will be the Momentum 2021 Marketplace - a central online hub showcasing innovative Penn entrepreneurs, owners, founders, authors, artists, food and wine purveyors and many more. Participating vendors will have an opportunity to virtually display their products, services and the like through this Marketplace.
We're excited to offer three types of salon sessions on Friday, October 1! The sessions are optional and run concurrently with school and center meetups.
Office Hours: Join fellow alumni for the chance to hear from Penn Deans as they shed light on their research through stimulating conversations, which will be followed by engaging Q&A sessions.
Industry Connections: Ready, set, network! Connect with Penn alumnae from around the globe for speed networking. These fast-paced sessions will give you the opportunity to build relationships with women in similar industries as you engage in small group conversations.
How to Sessions: Develop your skills and connect with fellow Penn community members by engaging in dynamic, interactive “how to” sessions led by industry experts. These sessions will push you outside of your comfort zone, while equipping you with the tools needed to achieve personal and professional success.
Self-Care Challenge
Reconnect to Penn prior to the conference! During the month of September take advantage of amazing free daily offerings by dynamic Penn women by joining the Self-Care Challenge. Together we’ll strengthen ourselves through exercise, mindfulness, and educational sessions on stress management, self-care, nutrition, and so much more! Participants who complete the challenge will be entered to win Penn prizes. Visit the Self-Care Challenge website for the full schedule.
We are pleased to share with you an opportunity to participate in our Momentum 2021 Service Project, supporting Penn Reads! Each January during the Martin Luther King Jr. Symposium one of the ways we give back to our beloved neighbors in West Philadelphia is through the Penn Reads program. This program provides books and recordings of books for day care centers and schools, located in Philadelphia. You can help a young child develop a love of reading by purchasing books from a curated list of short multicultural, anti-bias children’s books or you can choose your own. Use your Power to empower West Philadelphia children!
